Traveling to Bloemfontein from Europe is relatively easy. There are direct flights from most major cities to Johannesburg. From there, our regular clients either hire a car and drive the 400km to Bloemfontein on good roads and motorways, or take an internal flight to Bloemfontein and again hire a car for the duration of their stay.
Car hire is competitively priced compared with Europe but it is worth booking in advance to get the best rates and to confirm availability particularly over the Christmas and New Year period.
Where to stay
The Airfield is 10 minutes drive to the centre of Bloemfontein and the choice of accommodation is vast. A simple search will throw up lots of options but bellow are links to a few of our visitors favorites.
